HOW TO ORDER A PRODUCT?
ORIGINAL ANIMAL ART & PRINTS
The high end limited edition prints items can be directy purchased. Watercolor and oil paintings have prices on request, so you can receive more information about a certain pieces or pieces per e-mail.
Payment methods for original art are PayPal, iDEAL or Wix Payments. You will receive an order confirmation after in your E-mail.
ART ON COMMISSION
Would you like to have your own custom made animal portrait, such as your own dog or horse? You will find all the specific information about this process on the button below. FREE SHIPPING IN EUROPEAN UNION
All paintings and collectors items can be shipped for free in the European Union (unless otherwise is stated). For orders outside the European Union or countries worldwide, like the UK or United States of America, shipping costs and even local import duties may apply. Every order will be shipped registered and insured, track & trace code included.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST NON-EU COUNTRIES
*For artworks with a maximum frame size of 90x70 cm.
Bigger than this, the shipping costs may increase.
United Kingdom: 25-50 euro
Switzerland: 30-55 euro
Norway: 20-35 euro
*Shipping to the USA is currently not possible
Note: An artist is never responsible for possible additional costs, such as import duties or taxes when shipping abroad. This is always for the buyer – Thank you for understanding!
SHIPPING / PROCESSING TIME
All original artworks & collectors items have a processing time of 5-8 working days after the order has been placed, this to give the pieces the right prepartion for a save shipping journey. If there is a little delay in this process, you will be informed with an update.
All of the collectors items are printed by order: this is to avoid any unneccessary waste of paper and to mathe process as durable as possible.
You will be kept informed about the shipping process with T&T. Do you have a question? Don’t hesitate to send a message: you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
PROCESS OF RETURN
Before shipment, every product and package will be carefully checked. If you want to return the package after receiving it, know that these shipping costs are for the buyer and may only be returned if nothing has happened to it.
