HOW TO ORDER AN ARTWORK OR PRINT?
ORIGINAL ANIMAL ART & GICLEE PRINTS
Would you like to order an original animal painting or a print? That's very easy!
You can find your favourite piece directly in the shop: you can complete the order with PayPal, iDEAL or Wix Payments. You will receive an order confirmation after in your E-mail.
ART ON COMMISSION
Would you like to order a personal pet portrait or some other animal with an artwork on commission?

You will receive a respons as soon as possible.
While you can sit back and relax, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible!
All products can be shipped worldwide. You will find your specific (based on country/region) shipping costs in the check-out facility. Every order will be shipped registered and insured, track & trace code included.
Note: An artist is never responsible for possible additional costs, such as import duties or taxes when shipping abroad. This is always for the buyer – Thank you for understanding!
All original artworks & giclee prints (if you've chosen the framed option) are delivered mounted & framed: the frames will be ordered by order, meaning the piece will be shipped after the frame arrives. Normally, frames will be delivered (at Dominique Laurine) in 2-3 working days. The estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days.
All of the giclee prints are printed by order: this is to avoid any unneccessary waste of paper and to be as durable as possible.
Have you ordered a custom pet portrait? These will take a few weeks, depending on how busy it is, as well the size of the piece. Normally around 4-6 weeks.
You will be kept informed about the shipping process with T&T. Do you have a question? Don’t hesitate to send a message: you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Because of the fragility of original artworks & limited edition giclee prints, the package cannot be returned. Before shipment every product and package will be checked on possible damage. Thank you in advance for understanding.
