PAYMENTS & PRICING
All prices on this website are listed in Euros (€). Please note that this currency differs in value from the British Pound (GBP) and the US Dollar (USD); prices in other currencies may therefore vary. Unless stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the website apply to a single product. The total amount – including the product, shipping costs, and any applicable discounts – will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Payments can be securely made via PayPal, iDEAL/Hero, and Wix Payments.
SIZES & DIMENSIONS
Unless stated otherwise, all sizes and dimensions for both original paintings and giclée prints on this website are specified in centimeters (cm).
FRAMING OPTIONS
In principle, all giclée prints are delivered unframed, meaning you will receive the print(s) only. If you would like to purchase a frame, please contact me directly, and I will gladly guide you through the available options. The frames I offer are fitted with shatterproof acrylic glass. Original artworks, however, are delivered fully framed and include a passe-partout (mat), unless stated otherwise.
COPYRIGHTS
I, Dominique Laurine, retain all rights to the original paintings and prints at all times, including after the sale of the specific artwork. Consequently, any form of reproduction or use of my images without my explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. To protect their authenticity and provide you with a certificate of authenticity, every print issued by Dominique Laurine features a unique identification mark.
WEBSITE IMAGES
All images on this website are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur between the digital preview and the physical artwork. Please note that every device – whether a laptop, smartphone, or tablet – renders colors differently. Therefore, Dominique Laurine cannot 100% guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual colors of the product upon delivery. We recommend viewing the artwork on multiple screens to get the most accurate impression.
SHIPPING
Unless stated otherwise, all products are shipped fully insured and include a Track & Trace code. Prior to packaging, every artwork undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is carefully prepared for a safe journey. Shipping is calculated at standard rates, which are displayed per country during the checkout process. Currently, shipping is limited to Europe, with higher rates applying to non-European Union (EU) countries. The exact shipping costs for your specific location will be visible at checkout.
Please note: Dominique Laurine is not responsible for any additional taxes or import duties incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. Thank you for your understanding!
RETURNS PROCESS
Commissioned artworks (custom portraits) are exempt from the return policy. Giclée prints and original paintings may be returned within 14 days of receipt at the buyer's expense. The product must be returned in entirely pristine condition and packaged securely; damaged items will not be refunded, as they lose their value entirely. Before shipment, every product is meticulously checked for any damage by Dominique Laurine.
