What began as a serious pursuit in acrylics fifteen years ago has evolved into a dual mastery of watercolor and oil paint. My journey started with a fascination for the refined transparency of watercolor, creating minimalist fine art animal portraits defined by a "clean look" and pure white backgrounds. However, seeking to push beyond the limits of watercolor, I expanded my contemporary style in 2023 to include the rich, tactile world of oils.
While I deeply value watercolor for its sublime subtlety, oil paint provides the ultimate painterly experience through its character and rich, buttery texture. Today, these two mediums form the foundation of my work: monumental, traditional animal portraits reimagined with a modern twist.
A focus on heritage and elegance
My original paintings primarily focus on horses and hunting dogs—animals that naturally embody a sense of heritage, elegance, and understated luxury. Strongly inspired by the 'Old Money' aesthetic, my work celebrates sophistication and tradition.
To complement my core collection, I release "Seasonal Specials" throughout the year: from exotic wildlife in the summer to the atmospheric forest creatures of autumn.

I chose to move away from predictable, traditional approaches—such as heavy landscapes or romanticized backgrounds. Instead, I create works that feel both timeless and cutting-edge.
A signature element of my style is the removal of superfluous detail. By using crisp, minimalist backgrounds or bold color blocks, the animal is presented as a stately portrait. This results in clean, balanced compositions that serve as perfect statement pieces for luxury interiors, from historic country estates to high-end urban apartments.
