THE STORY BEHIND

When thinking of snow, the atmosphere is immediately cozy, romantic and enchanting, especially when the sky is blue. Reindeer running in the snow, a charming snowy owl that's flying through the taiga forest and a hopping mountain hare: Scandinavia is due to the snowy circumstances one of the mos romantic areas in Europe. And, full of fairytale-like animals, but then their winter versions. It's like the feeling of Christmas for an even longer period.

I wanted to create a collection that is especially about winter animals. The strength of these woodland wildlife paintings is the coziness of these animals, especially with those earth tones and minimalistic background. Do you love to give your home a warm and rustic touch, inspired by the woodlands? Find here your favourite Scandinavian wildlife paintings in watercolor.

BEST MATERIALS & ANIMAL FRIENDLY

All of the Scandinavian woodland wildlife artworks are painted with the most HQ materials, which means that the colours will keep their original tones for like 75-100 years: this is because of their excellent lightfastness. During the process only synthethic brushes are and will be used, making all of these Scandinavian wildlife watercolor paintings completely animal friendly.
