THE STORY BEHIND
Drumming woodpeckers, deer in a foggy meadow, a hare in the evening sunlight during summer and the romantic sound of an owl: it’s no wonder why the enchanted forest has a magnetic effect. Since I was young, almost every day I spend hours in the woodlands during our walks with our Golden Retrievers. Or, being on the back of a horse. From the fresh spring to charming autumn and from an early, sunny in the morning to a foggy, cold day in winter: the forest is always magical.
My wildlife collection is mostly inspired by the woodlands with animals such as British wildlife & North American species, such as deer, foxes, hare, Galliformes like the pheasant an grouse, and birds, ranging from singing birds to owls. But, let's not forget the beauty from the mountains with Alpine wildlife and the wonderful winter feeling of Scandinavia.
