The story behind my watercolor journey
My journey with monumental watercolor animal portraits began in 2019. Although my artistic path started with acrylics, I found myself drawn to the subtle, transparent nature of watercolor. By keeping the backgrounds pure and white, these large-scale portraits take center stage, resulting in a signature style that is both timeless and minimalist.
Power through minimalism
Growing up surrounded by horses and hunting dogs, these animals naturally became my primary subjects. Over the years, I have explored various wildlife to discover what fuels my creativity most. This led to my 'seasonal specials' featuring African wildlife, a personal favorite.
